Verlingue Switzerland acquires ProConseils Solutions

Verlingue is strengthening its presence in French-speaking Switzerland with the acquisition of ProConseils Solutions SA,
Founded in 2003, ProConseils Solutions serves over 1,500 companies, 150 public authorities and 30 medico-social establishments.
This acquisition marks a key step for Verlingue, reinforcing our commitment to protecting our clients globally.
It is fully aligned with our strategic plan Better Future 28, which aims to strengthen our presence in Europe and expand our business territories.
Verlingue thus contributes to the Adelaide Group’s ambition to become the leading family-owned insurance broker in Europe by 2028.
