“Absenteeism has become a strategic, economic and social issue for companies that have embarked on a CSR approach. As such, the absenteeism rate is a relevant indicator for measuring the social performance of companies. The absenteeism rate defines the ratio between the number of absent employees and the total number of employees in the company. It is positioned in 2021 around 5.5%, a slight decrease compared to 2020 but a significant increase of around 15% compared to 2019. »
