Verlingue acquires the Cabinet DEPEYRE, and DEPEYRE SOLUTIONS

Verlingue, a subsidiary of the Adelaïde group, specialising in business protection, is pursuing its external growth strategy with two new acquisitions that consolidate its presence in the Grand Est Region.
Created in 1997, the insurance broker Cabinet DEPEYRE specializes in consulting and risk management for complex businesses. DEPEYRE SOLUTIONS, created in 2014, is an underwriting agency specializing in corporate risks for brokers and general agents. The group includes 23 employees for just over €4 million in commissions.

The insurance broker Cabinet DEPEYRE, specialising in complex business risks, assists its clients in the analysis, prevention and management of their risks. Cabinet DEPEYRE’s teams have acquired particular expertise in sectors in hard market such as the wood processing industry, transport and logistics, manufacturers and traders of building materials… whether in terms of Civil Liability or Property Damage.

DEPEYRE SOLUTIONS, which aims to remain an autonomous entity attached to the Adelaïde Group, markets, as an underwriting agent (MGA), insurance solutions in business risks mainly in Motor Fleet, Property Damage and Civil Liability.

Following the acquisition of RT Global Insurance in Portugal at the end of 2022, the acquisition of Cabinet DEPEYRE and DEPEYRE SOLUTIONS in France reinforces Verlingue’s external growth momentum as part of its 2024 strategic plan.
